Devon is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and provides keen insight on the real estate market in Grenada. He is always responsive and produces quality work. I highly recommend him for both retail and commercial transactions

If you are looking for someone who you can trust and really know their stuff then look no further than Devon. We used him to sell our property in Lance Aux Epines and we were not disappointed. Once he found a buyer he handled the sales process really well. He arranged all the site visits and kept us well informed. Apart from being really tuned in the Grenada property market, we found him to be really friendly and efficient. You cant go wrong with using his company.

Devon is without doubt an exceptional estate agent. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when you are not on the island but Devon, I knew that it was in safe hands. He offered advice on the dos and don't of property selling in Grenada and was able to provide necessary reassurance that immediately put my mind at ease. I also really appreciated being kept informed of progress all the way through.

Devon is friendly yet professional. His warm and engaging manner easily reflects all that I have grown to love about the island and the people of Grenada.

Real Property may be small but they certainly punch above their weight in service delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Devon was an exceptional, highly motivated, determined agent during the listing of our property! He was very professional and knowledgeable about selling our home. We had a custom, beautiful property with a fabulous view in an area that would take a specific buyer. Homes in our area have set years and do not sell due to the uniqueness of the area. Devon is one of those people who respects the area and relentlessly kept showing our home to potential buyers. We found Devon straightforward and he did not hesitate to keep us informed. In our case, another agent happened to have a purchaser from the US, however, we found Devon was the most intensely motivated in showing out home. W would actually list with Devon today under present circumstances since we found him such a wonderful, pleasure to work with!
