Before real estate, our team spent years in telecommunications — a business where you are judged on whether you answer, whether you fix it, and whether you tell the customer the truth. We brought that with us. Across the team we have twenty-seven years of sales and customer-experience management, and we run the agency the way that experience taught us: reply fast, price honestly, keep people informed.
It is why so many of our clients are overseas. Selling a house in Grenada from London or Florida is stressful; buying one you have only seen on video is a leap. Our job is to make both feel safe — with straight answers, real comparables, and a message back before you have started to worry.
